So the classes kicked off last week to great success.
Group Sessions & also Pilates
The longer evenings & warmer weather make the outdoor training a-lot more inviting.
If your Northern beaches side and feel like some outdoor training come along to the 50 min group session Wed night at Balmoral Oval 6pm.
Training in a small group means you get more attention on your form leading to better results without getting injured. Fun functional training is what the training is based on with all levels of fitness welcome.
Pilates on the Pier has also started. 7am at Pier One Sydney with a view of the bridge and the stunning surroundings it was an amazing start to Hump day!
So if you want to join in or know someone who works/lives near the harbour make sure you grab your mat & come down to the pier for a great 50 minute Pilates class. Enjoy a green tea or coffee on the pier afterwards before heading to work and feel energised for the rest of the day.
